WedWise is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) wedding planning platform that provides tools for event management, budget tracking, vendor management, timeline planning, guest management, moodboard creation, contract and payment tracking, and AI-assisted planning. The Platform is available to:

• Couples planning their own wedding (“Own Wedding” plan)
• Professional wedding planners managing multiple client weddings (“Planner Standard,” “Planner Premium,” and “Planner Enterprise” plans)

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately at help@mywedwise.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

WedWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

4.1 Available Plans

WedWise offers the following monthly subscription plans, billed in USD:

• Own Wedding — $15/month (one wedding)
• Planner Standard — $45/month (up to 10 weddings)
• Planner Premium — $60/month (up to 20 weddings)
• Planner Enterprise — $80/month (unlimited weddings, custom branding)

Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes to existing subscribers before the change takes effect.

4.2 Free Trial — Standard (Card Required)

When registering through the standard sign-up flow at mywedwise.com, you will be asked to provide payment card details. You will receive a one (1) month free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.3 Free Trial — Promotional Codes

WedWise may offer promotional or partner codes that extend the free trial period beyond one month. The specific trial duration applicable to each code will be communicated at the point of registration. Promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates. At the end of the promotional trial period, the standard subscription terms and billing cycle apply.

4.4 Free Trial — Event Activations (No Card Required)

At certain live events and activations (such as wedding shows and exhibitions), WedWise may offer a registration flow that does not require payment card details at sign-up. Users registering through this flow will receive a free trial for the period specified at the point of registration. At the end of this trial period, access to the Platform will be gated and full functionality will require the user to enter payment details and subscribe to a paid plan.

4.5 Billing and Renewal

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You authorise WedWise to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are kept up to date.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting help@mywedwise.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has commenced and payment has been processed, we do not issue refunds for that period.

In exceptional circumstances, WedWise may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To submit a refund request, contact help@mywedwise.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We are under no obligation to grant any refund and each decision is final.

The Platform includes an AI-powered assistant (“WedWise AI Planner”) designed to help with wedding planning tasks. By using the AI Assistant, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI Assistant is a planning aid only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or any other regulated advice.
• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions before acting on them.
• The AI Assistant is built on third-party AI infrastructure. Your inputs are processed automatically to generate responses and are not reviewed by WedWise staff.
• WedWise is not liable for any decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs.

The Platform offers optional integration with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. By connecting your calendar, you grant WedWise permission to read and write calendar data for the purpose of syncing your wedding events and timeline. You may revoke this permission at any time through your account settings or directly through your Google or Apple account settings. WedWise will only access calendar data to the extent necessary to provide the sync functionality and will not use your calendar data for any other purpose.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of WedWise or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform

WedWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any of these obligations.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and information you upload or create within the Platform (“User Content”). By using the Platform, you grant WedWise a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

WedWise does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Platform. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://mywedwise.com/privacy.

All content forming part of the Platform — including the WedWise name, logo, branding, design, software, text, and features — is the intellectual property of WedWise FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, vendors, or services (including Pinterest, Instagram, Google, and Apple). WedWise is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by the terms of those third parties.

WedWise may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period
• We are required to do so by law or a competent authority
• We discontinue the Platform or a relevant part of it

You may close your account at any time by contacting help@mywedwise.com. On account closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WedWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Reliance on AI-generated suggestions or outputs

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to WedWise in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WedWise makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
